2Accounts
In short: keep your email safe, because it's your key.
2.1You sign in with a link we email you. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your inbox secure and tell us straight away at support@grabyourdot.com if you think someone else has access.
3Your content
In short: you own what you post, and you let us show it.
3.1You keep ownership of what you add, such as listing descriptions, page text and images. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, format and promote it on GrabYourDot, in our emails and on your domain's own sales page, for as long as it's listed and for a reasonable time after.
3.2You confirm you have the right to post it and that it follows our Acceptable Use rules. We may edit formatting, and remove content that breaks these terms.
4Our content
In short: the site's design, text and data belong to us.
4.1The site's design, text, graphics, code and data, other than your content, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy large parts of the site, resell it, or collect listings or prices with automated tools without our written permission.
5No professional advice
In short: use our figures as a guide, not a guarantee.
5.1Prices, estimates, traffic figures and guides on the site are general information. They aren't legal, tax, trademark or investment advice, and a domain's value can change. Get professional advice for decisions that matter to you.
6Sponsored placements
In short: ads and paid placements are always labelled.
6.1Some spots on the site show advertising or paid placements. They are always labelled "Sponsored". A sponsor doesn't change our listings, prices or the order of search results outside those labelled spots, and we don't endorse what a sponsor sells.
7Other sites
In short: we don't control the sites we link to.
7.1The site links to registrars, payment providers and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they treat your data.
8Copyright and trademark complaints
In short: tell us and we'll look into it quickly.
8.1If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email abuse@grabyourdot.com with the page link, what you own, and how to reach you. For copyright, include a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and that your notice is accurate, signed with your name. We'll remove material where appropriate and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
9Availability and changes
In short: we may change the site, and it may sometimes be down.
9.1We work to keep the site running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features at any time.
10Disclaimers and liability

10.2To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to $100. The Marketplace Terms set our liability for sales. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11.1These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
